We know first hand how much ‘noise’ there is within the Health and Fitness industry. A lot of so called experts and money-making schemers promoting that ‘their’ way is the only way to go about losing body fat, ‘toning’ up and living a happier and healthier life.
(at this point, we’d like to ask you a quick question; have you, or anyone you know, joined weight watchers or herbalife, and it actually become a sustainable lifestyle where you are still losing body fat and are still becoming fitter and stronger?)
We also know that a lot of these so-called experts promote contradicting advice; is it best to do ‘cardio’ or ‘weights’, or is all about ‘calories v calories out’, should you go ‘vegan or keto or paleo’, is ‘fasted cardio’ the best way to train, etc.
Luckily, we can take you a step backwards, and get you started on the right track without leaving this page.
Forget EVERYTHING you have ever heard or read. The MOST important thing to living a healthier and happier life, is surrounding yourself with healthier, happier, and OPEN MINDED people.
The fundamental reason the Tribe One movement has grown to what it has, and why it continues to grow, is exactly this reason; all of our members share a passion to lead healthier and happier lives.
The next most important thing to realise is EVERYONE is different, and 97% of what you see on Facebook and Instagram is fake, filtered, or has an agenda behind it.
Now, with all that said, we need to start getting you moving!
Again, forget ‘cardio’ or ‘weights’, or anything else. The biggest factors behind training is enjoyment and progress. Unless you are training for a very specific goal, the best type of training is a mixture of strength and fitness training, that is ‘recordable’ and that you enjoy.
If you don’t enjoy your training, and you can’t measure your progress, what are the chances you’ll still be training in 3, 6 or 12 months time?!

Why is small group training (i.e. the Tribe way) so effective?
Building friendships with like minded people will bring about a sense of commitment and accountability you won’t find anywhere else. From just having yourself to disappoint, to having your friends and your coach who all truly care about you to disappoint, you’ll soon run out of excuses as to why you aren’t training.
Training outdoors in particular gives a host of additional benefits that you can’t find in a gym.
Yes, training at a good gym is obviously great, but research has shown that completing similar workouts in an outside environment will go even further in aiding in hormone balance, improving sleep quality and reduce stress and tension.
Another huge benefit of the Tribe OUTSIDE programme is our unique recording and monitoring set up. A slick app that lets you book on to your class and record what/how you did in the class – easy, simple, effective.
The final reason our Tribe OUTSIDE programme is so truly unique and effective; memberships are on a rolling monthly basis (so no contracts), and can be used at ANY of our venues, including our Tribe One Gym.
We currently have five locations; Shepperton, Staines, Whitton and two in Feltham, with memberships giving you access to classes from 5am to 9pm weekdays, and 8am to 11.30am weekends.
